“Apple Blossoms”

When I started the symvisio series, I was hoping to complete at least nine symvisio. The reason behind that number was the work of my favorite western composer Ludwig Von Beethoven. He had written nine symphonies. So, I had to paint at least nine symvisios, with the symvisio IX as an homage to his Ninth symphony. I had a dream that I was in a mosque, which turned into a cathedral made out of flowers. That inspired me to base my ninth symvisio on a phrase from the “Ode to Joy,” apple blossom.
